Terms of service

These terms govern use of the Cloudsales OÜ website and any engagement with our consulting services. They are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

1. Services

Scope, deliverables and fees for each engagement are set out in a separate statement of work signed by both parties.

2. Intellectual property

Content on this website is owned by Cloudsales OÜ. Deliverables licence terms are set out in the applicable statement of work.

3. Liability

Except for wilful misconduct or damage to life and health, our aggregate liability under any engagement is capped at the fees paid for that engagement.

4. Disputes

Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Harju County Court, Tallinn, Estonia.
